Hello, dear community members of Orchard Mesa!
As the days grow colder, there’s no better way to warm up than with a bowl of delicious, steaming soup. And what if I told you that this bowl of soup could serve a greater purpose? This is Rob Harris, your Marketing Chair at the Orchard Mesa Lions Club, and I’m thrilled to announce our upcoming event, the Soup DuRoar, happening on November 11, 2023, from 5-7 pm.
Why You Should Attend
This isn’t just a night of culinary delight; it's an evening dedicated to supporting your local community. The funds raised during the Soup DuRoar will be invested back into the Orchard Mesa community, enabling us to support local schools, veterans, and families in need, and to work towards improving the lives of people living with disabilities. It’s your chance to be part of something bigger, as we together make Grand Junction/ Mesa County a better place for all.
A Deal You Can’t Miss
Tickets are priced at just $8 for adults, which is a steal for an evening packed with community spirit, entertainment, and of course, an array of scrumptious soups. If you're a veteran, or if you're bringing kids under the age of 7, guess what? You eat FREE! It's our little way of saying thank you for your service and welcoming the youngest members of our community.

We are committed to making the Soup DuRoar an accessible event. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and we are also ensuring accommodations for people who are visually impaired, so that everyone can fully participate and enjoy the event.
