On Friday, Aug. 6th, several members of the Orchard Mesa Lions Club gathered at Orchard Mesa Middle School to present 180 books on the American Constitution, By-Laws, and Amendments. The books were presented to Principal Dr. Susan Birdsey and 8th Grade Social Studies instructor Lisa Beltran. Our Club hopes to make this an annual event at OMMS, as well as other schools that desire this information.
